卵巢癌是女性生殖系统中死亡率居第二位的恶性肿瘤，目前其治疗手段主要包括手术、化疗、放疗及靶向治疗，但 整体疗效仍不理想，尤其是铂耐药患者的治疗面临巨大挑战。近年来，中医药因其独特优势在卵巢癌治疗中展现出一定的 潜力。该文概述了中医对卵巢癌的认识，整理了中医辨治卵巢癌的思路及主要治则，综述了抗卵巢癌中药单体与复方的研 究进展。中医药干预卵巢癌主要以扶正祛邪、温阳消癥、形神并调为治则，作为辅助疗法以缓解化疗的副作用、逆转耐药 性、提高患者生活质量，从整体调节患者机体功能，改善患者预后。中药单体如汉黄芩素、木犀草素、白藜芦醇等具有显 著的抗卵巢癌活性，通常通过调控关键信号通路来抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导凋亡；抗卵巢癌的中药复方多为自拟方，主要 有扶正祛邪方、益气活血解毒方、消癥抑癌方、益气生髓方、益气抗癌方、复方斑蝥胶囊等，中药复方通过辨证论治，针 对卵巢癌患者的不同病情发挥增效减毒作用。该文通过系统梳理中医药干预卵巢癌的研究概况，可为卵巢癌的未来研究提 供参考。

Ovarian cancer ranks as the second leading cause of cancer-related mortality in the female reproductive system. The current treatment methods for ovarian cancer primarily include surgery，chemotherapy，radiotherapy， and targeted therapy. However， their overall therapeutic efficacy remains unsatisfactory， and the treatment for platinum-resistant patients especially faces great challenges. In recent years，traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has demonstrated considerable potential in treating ovarian cancer due to its unique advantages. This article outlines the descriptions about ovarian cancer in TCM，summarizes its therapeutic principles of TCM，and reviews the research progress in Chinese medicine monomers and compound prescriptions for the treatment of ovarian cancer. TCM intervention of ovarian cancer primarily follows the principles of supporting healthy qi and dispelling pathogens， warming yang and resolving masses， and simultaneously regulating the physique and spirit. As an adjunctive therapy，TCM intervention aims to alleviate side effects of chemotherapy，reverse drug resistance，and improve patients’ quality of life， thus holistically regulating bodily function and improving prognosis. Chinese medicine monomers，such as wogonin，luteolin，and resveratrol，exhibit significant anti-ovarian cancer activity， and often inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis by regulating key signaling pathways. Anti-ovarian cancer Chinese medicine compound prescriptions are mostly self-designed formulas， including formula of supporting healthy qi and dispelling pathogens， formula of supplementing qi， activating blood， and removing toxin，formula of resolving masses and inhibiting cancer，formula of supplementing qi and generating marrow， formula of supplementing qi and counteracting cancer， and Compound Banmao Capsules. These formulas exert efficacy-enhancing and toxicity-reducing effects tailored to the specific conditions of ovarian cancer patients through syndrome differentiation and treatment. This article systematically reviews the research status of TCM intervention of ovarian cancer，which will provide references for future studies of ovarian cancer.
