该文通过对禾楼导引健康操的起源、特点、动作要领进行介绍,并对其创建的中医理论依据进行分析,以期为禾楼 舞的传承路径提供参考,为全民体质与健康促进模式的发展提供思路。源于国家级非物质文化遗产“禾楼舞”的禾楼导引 健康操,具有“体医养结合”的特点。禾楼导引健康操根植于中医康复的“状态观”理念,将中医导引术与禾楼舞相结合, 由此创编而成。其动作招式共有9个,通过对意念的引导,实现身心的整体优化和提升。其动作以轻慢柔和为特点,旨在放 松肢体、缓解焦虑与疲劳、强壮经筋、补益精气。禾楼导引健康操的形成,不仅是对中华古导引术的传承与创新,也是我 国非物质文化遗产活化的体现,其推广与应用对于提高全民身体素质、增强民族文化自信、推动健康产业发展均具有重要 现实意义。

This article introduces the origin,characteristics,and action essentials of the Helou Daoyin Health Exercise and analyzes its theoretical foundations in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),aiming to provide paths for the inheritance of Helou Dance and to bring some ideas for promoting national physical fitness and health. Originating from the nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage Helou Dance, the Helou Daoyin Health Exercise is characterized by the integration of physical exercise,medical care,and health cultivation. Rooted in the “state view” of TCM rehabilitation, Helou Daoyin Health Exercise was created by combining traditional Chinese Daoyin techniques (a traditional Chinese mind-body exercise integrating movement,breath regulation, and mental focus) with Helou Dance. The exercise comprises a total of nine movements. Through the conduction of mind,it achieves holistic optimization and enhancement of both body and mind. The movements of Helou Daoyin Health Exercise are gentle and slow,and help to relax the body,alleviate anxiety and fatigue,strengthen the sinews and channels,and replenish essential qi. The development of the Helou Daoyin Health Exercise means not only an inheritance and innovation of ancient Chinese Daoyin technique but also the revitalization of Chinese intangible cultural heritage. Its popularization and application hold markedly practical significance for improving national physical fitness,enhancing cultural confidence,and fostering the development of the health industry.
