疟疾为中医的外感时疫证。中医疫病防控具有整体观念、防治并重、辨证论治的特点。该文概述了中医疫病“整体 观念、防治并重和辨证论治”防控理念指导下的疟疾清除策略与实践。基于中医的天人合一整体观，可构建天-地-人整体 医学模式以指导疟疾的防治。防治并重原则可为疟疾防控提供新见解：基于“未病先防”，实施清除疟疾传染源；“既病防 变”可指导群防群治策略。辨证施治思维可指导疟疾的精准施治：科技辅助诊断，助力精准施治；群防群治、全民服药以 灭源灭疟之本；特定人群给予差异化治疗。基于中医疫病防控理论的快速灭源灭疟法实践，已取得显著成果。中医疫病防 控理论对构建疟疾防控策略及精准医学范式具有指导意义，中医有望通过在疫病防治领域结合现代科技以实施多维发展， 为全球疟疾及其他传染病防控提供参考。

Malaria is categorized as an exogenous seasonal epidemic disease in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The TCM prevention and control of epidemic disease is characterized by its holistic concept， equal emphasis on prevention and treatment，and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. This article outlines the malaria elimination strategies and practices guided by the TCM epidemic prevention and control concepts of holistic concept， equal emphasis on prevention and treatment， and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. By following the TCM holistic concept of “heaven-human unity”， a comprehensive medical mode encompassing heaven，earth，and human has been established to direct malaria prevention and treatment. The principle of equal emphasis on prevention and treatment offers novel insights for malaria control：guided by the concept of prevention before illness，strategies are implemented to eliminate the source of malaria infection；the view of prevention of aggravation after disease guides mass prevention and treatment strategies. The idea of treatment based on syndrome differentiation guides precise malaria management：technology-assisted diagnosis aids in precise treatment；mass prevention and treatment and population-wide administration of medication aim to eliminate the source of malaria； differentiated treatment is provided for specific populations. Integrated with the theory of TCM prevention and control of epidemic disease， the practice of the rapid source eradication and malaria elimination has achieved significant results. The theory of TCM prevention and control of epidemic disease provides guidance for the establishment of malaria control strategies and precision medicine mode， and TCM is expected to realize the multidimensional development in the field of epidemic prevention and treatment by integrating with modern technology，and to offer references for the control of global malaria and other infectious diseases.
