介绍陈贵珍教授针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的临床经验。陈贵珍教授认为，该病的病因病机为肾、肝、脾 三脏功能失调，以致天癸阴阳消长失衡，痰浊、血瘀阻滞于冲任二脉，胞宫气血逆乱。临证治疗时遵循其病机特点，创新 性提出了以天癸时间节律变化为核心的针刺方法，根据天癸月节律中表现的病理特点，将天癸分为降癸期、冲和期、升壬 期三期，以分期论治，辨证施治，创制调癸和方的针刺处方，以期恢复天癸“阴阳消长，冲和平衡”的生理状态，为治疗 多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症提供新思路。

This article introduces Professor Chen Guizhen’s clinical experience in using acupuncture to treat polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） with infertility. Professor Chen Guizhen believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of this condition involve dysfunction of the kidney，liver，and spleen，leading to an imbalance in the waxing and waning of yin and yang of Tiangui，as well as obstruction of the Chong and Ren vessels by phlegmdamp and blood stasis，resulting in disturbance of qi and blood in the uterus. In clinical treatment，adhering to these pathological characteristics，she creatively proposed an acupuncture method centered on the temporal rhythm changes of Tiangui. Based on the pathological manifestations within Tiangui’s monthly rhythm，Tiangui is divided into three phases：the Descending Gui Phase，the Chong-He Phase，and the Ascending Ren Phase. Treatment is administered according to these phases and syndrome differentiation，creating the acupuncture prescription “Tiao Gui He Fang”（Regulating Gui and Harmonizing Formula），aiming to restore the physiological state of Tiangui characterized by “the growth and decline of yin and yang，and the harmonious balance of Chong-He”，providing a new perspective for treating PCOS with infertility.
