总结全国名中医罗颂平教授辨治崩漏的特色经验。罗颂平教授继承罗元恺教授之学术思想并加以发展，认为崩中多 虚、漏下多瘀。临证治疗崩漏遵循“急则治其标，缓则治其本”的原则，认为崩中多虚，肾脾两虚且多兼夹血瘀，治疗重 在固气止血、健脾固肾，采用罗元恺教授创制的岭南止血验方“二稔汤”（由岗稔根、地稔根、棕榈炭、赤石脂、制何首 乌、续断、党参、白术、熟地黄、炙甘草、桑寄生组成）以速效止血；漏下多瘀，瘀热互结而气阴两虚，治疗重在益气养 阴、扶正祛邪，擅用二至丸（女贞子、墨旱莲）及“二稔”（岗稔根、地稔根）以滋阴益气。罗元恺教授治疗崩漏主张肾、脾 乃生殖之本，追求以平为期。

This article summarizes the distinctive clinical experience of national renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner Professor Luo Songping in differentiating and treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Inheriting and further developing the academic thoughts of Professor Luo Yuankai， Professor Luo Songping believes that metrorrhagia is often characterized by deficiency， while metrostaxis is often characterized by stasis. In clinical practice， the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis should adhere to the principle of “treating the acute symptoms in emergency cases and treating the root cause in chronic cases”. For metrorrhagia is usually characterized by deficiency of both kidney and spleen and frequently complicated by blood stasis，its treatment should be focused on strengthening qi to stop bleeding，fortifying the spleen and consolidating the kidney，and the Lingnan empirical hemostatic formula Erren Decoction （composed of Rhodomyrti Radix，Melastomatis Dodecandri Radix，Petiolus Trachycarpi Carbonisatus，Halloysitum Rubrum，Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata，Dipsaci Radix，Codonopsis Radix，Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma，Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata，Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle，and Taxilli Herba），pioneered by Professor Luo Yuankai，is utilized to rapidly stop bleeding. For metrostaxis is often characterized by stasis，involving the binding of stasis and heat and the concurrent deficiency of both qi and yin，its treatment should be focused on supplementing qi and nourishing yin，supporting healthy qi and dispelling pathogens，and Professor Luo Songping is skilled in using Erzhi Pills （Ligustri Lucidi Fructus and Ecliptae Herba） and the combination of Erren（Rhodomyrti Radix and Melastomatis Dodecandri Radix） to nourish yin and supplement qi. During the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis， Professor Luo Songping advocates that the kidney and spleen are the foundation of reproduction，and professor Luo pursues the therapeutic goal of achieving balance and harmony.
