【目的】 观察针刺联合温控射频技术治疗压力性尿失禁（SUI）的临床疗效。【方法】 选取2020年3月至2025年3月江苏省 第二中医院病房及门诊收治的明确诊断为 SUI的患者 130例作为研究对象，按随机数字表将患者随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组各65例。对照组给予温控射频技术治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，给予针刺治疗。治疗2个月后，评价2组临床 疗效。观察2组患者治疗前后阴道收缩压（VSP）和阴道静息压（VRP）的变化情况，以及血清松弛素（RLX）、基质金属蛋白酶1 （MMP-1）、骨桥蛋白（OPN）水平的情况。比较 2 组患者治疗前后 1 h 尿失禁量、24 h 尿失禁次数及 ICI-Q-SF 评分的变化情 况。【结果】（1）观察组总有效率为 95.38%（62/65），对照组为 81.54%（53/65）。观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。（2）治疗后，2组患者的VSP、VRP水平明显改善，且观察组在改善VSP和VRP方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。（3）治疗后，2 组患者的血清 RLX、MMP-1、OPN 含量均明显改善，且观察组在改善血清 RLX、MMP-1、 OPN含量方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（4）治疗后，2组患者的1 h尿失禁量、24 h尿失禁次数均明显 改善，且观察组在改善1 h尿失禁量、24 h尿失禁次数方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（5）治疗后，2组 患者的 ICI-Q-SF评分均明显改善，且观察组在改善 ICI-Q-SF评分方面明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。【结论】 针刺联合温控射 频技术治疗SUI，可有效地促进盆底组织的修复与再生，调节血清RLX和MMP-1水平，降低尿失禁的严重程度，能够明显 地改善患者的盆底肌功能障碍，从而提高患者生活质量，疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with temperature-controlled radiofrequency technology in treating stress urinary incontinence （SUI）. Methods A total of 130 patients definitively diagnosed with SUI and admitted to the wards or outpatient clinic of Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province from March 2020 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table，with 65 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with temperature-controlled radiofrequency technology，while the observation group received acupuncture in addition to the control group’s treatment. After 2 months of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Changes in vaginal squeeze pressure （VSP） and vaginal resting pressure （VRP），as well as serum levels of relaxin （RLX），matrix metalloproteinase 1（MMP-1）， and osteopontin （OPN） were observed before and after treatment. Changes in the 1-hour incontinence volume， 24-hour incontinence episodes， and ICI-Q-SF scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results （1） The total effective rate was 95.38% （62/65） in the observation group and 81.54%（53/65） in the control group. The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group，with a statistically significant difference（P＜0.05）.（2） After treatment，VSP and VRP levels were significantly improved in both groups， and the observation group showed significantly greater improvement than the control group， with statistically significant differences （P＜0.05）.（3） After treatment， serum levels of RLX， MMP-1， and OPN were significantly improved in both groups，and the observation group showed significantly greater improvement than the control group， with statistically significant differences （P＜0.05）.（4） After treatment， the 1-hour incontinence volume and 24-hour incontinence episodes were significantly improved in both groups， and the observation group showed significantly greater improvement than the control group， with statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）.（5） After treatment，the ICI-Q-SF scores were significantly improved in both groups，and the observation group showed significantly greater improvement than the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with temperature-controlled radiofrequency technology in the treatment of SUI effectively promotes the repair and regeneration of pelvic floor tissues，regulates serum levels of RLX and MMP-1，reduces the severity of urinary incontinence， significantly improves patients’ pelvic floor muscle dysfunction， thereby enhancing patients’ quality of life，with notable therapeutic efficacy.
