银屑病为慢性炎症性皮肤病,其现有医学疗法面临复发率高、副作用明显等挑战。Notch信号通路作为跨膜信号转导 系统,其异常活化与银屑病发病机制密切相关。Notch信号通路在银屑病表皮增生、免疫失调及血管病变中具有核心调控作 用。近年来的研究证实,通过调控Notch信号通路以防治银屑病的中药单体有黄酮类的槲皮素与黄芩苷、萜类的雷公藤内酯 与丹参醇、酚类的白藜芦醇与姜黄素及其他相关中药单体如D-松醇与蟾蜍素;通过调控Notch信号通路以防治银屑病的中药 复方有银屑平丸、蜈蚣败毒饮、龙胆泻肝汤、加味凉血消风散、祛银颗粒等。相关研究的综述提示,中医药通过靶向调控 Notch信号通路对银屑病的治疗展现出潜力,中医药活性成分及复方制剂可通过多靶位干预 Notch信号通路,实现多重协同 效应,且在降低复发率与提升安全性方面展现出显著优势;目前关于Notch信号通路与银屑病的研究虽仍存在诸多挑战,但 在中医药多靶点特性与现代技术协同发展推动下,Notch信号通路有望成为未来银屑病精准医疗的重要突破口。

Psoriasis is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease, for which current medical therapies face challenges of high recurrence rates and significant side effects. The Notch signaling pathway,a transmembrane signal transduction system,is closely associated with the pathogenesis of psoriasis when it is aberrantly activated. Notch signaling pathway plays a central regulatory role in epidermal hyperplasia, immune dysregulation, and vascular lesions of psoriasis. Recent studies have confirmed that some Chinese medicinal monomers, including flavonoids of quercetin and baicalin,terpenoids of triptolide and tanshinol,phenols of resveratrol and curcumin, and other related monomers like D-pinitol and bufotenine,can prevent and treat psoriasis by modulating the Notch signaling pathway. Furthermore,Chinese herbal compound formulations such as Yinxieping Pills,Wugong Baidu Decoction,Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Modified Liangxue Xiaofeng San,and Quyin Granules have also been proven to be effective for the prevention and treatment of psoriasis by regulating the Notch signaling pathway. The review of relevant studies indicates that Chinese herbal medicine demonstrates potentials in the treatment of psoriasis through targeted regulation of Notch signaling pathway. Active ingredients and compound formulations of Chinese herbal medicine exert multi-target interventions on Notch signaling pathway,achieving synergistic effects with significant advantages in reducing recurrence rates and improving safety. Although numerous challenges remain in current research about the Notch signaling pathway and psoriasis, the multi-target characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine,coupled with advances in modern technology,are expected to make the Notch signaling pathway a critical breakthrough for precision medicine of psoriasis in the future.
