总结陈渭良教授基于伏瘀理论论治激素性股骨头坏死（SONFH）的临证经验。伏瘀之形成是对SONFH缓慢进展的病症 特点的高度概括，伏瘀的特点与SONFH的形成、进展、预后密切相关。陈渭良教授认为，糖皮质激素的火热之性可致脾虚 肾弱、水不胜火，最终导致伏瘀伤骨，引发 SONFH。基于伏瘀理论，SONFH 的治疗以健脾补肾、益阴填髓、散瘀扶正为 法，可分别选用参苓白术散、骨九方、补阳还五汤为基础方，辨证加减运用。陈渭良教授从伏瘀论治SONFH的思路，可为 该病的中医临床治疗提供参考。

This article summarizes Professor Chen Weiliang’s clinical experience in diagnosing and treating steroid-induced osteonecrosis of femoral head （SONFH） based on the theory of latent blood stasis. The formation of latent blood stasis exactly reflects the features of slowly progression of SONFH. The characteristics of latent blood stasis are closely related to the onset，progression，and prognosis of SONFH. Professor Chen Weiliang posits that the fire-heat nature of glucocorticoids is prone to causing spleen deficiency and kidney weakness and water （kidney） failing to control fire，which eventually causes the formation of latent blood stasis. The latent blood stasis injures the bone，and then SONFH develops. Based on the theory of latent blood stasis，the treatment of SONFH should follow the principles of strenghtening the spleen and tonifying the kidney，nourishing yin and replenishing marrow， removing stasis and supporting healthy qi. Accordingly， Shenling Baizhu San， Gujiu Formula， and Buyang Huanwu Decoction can be selected as the basic prescriptions and were used by modification based on syndrome differentiation. Professor Chen Weiliang’s treatment approach to SONFH from the perspective of latent blood stasis offers a valuable reference for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in managing this condition.
