针对中医临床中存在的辨证反馈延迟、诊断精准度不足及用药经验化倾向等问题，该文以阴阳五行理论为基础，提 出“针药对应”诊疗模式。通过分析针灸干预前后患者脉象的动态变化，构建“以脉参病-诊断性施针-针药对应立方”的 诊疗路径，以针灸与中药的协同作用实现“诊-治-固”一体化，既能提升用药精准性，又能巩固针灸疗效。该文从中医经 典与临床实践融合的角度，探讨“针药对应”的理论基础、共通机制及临床实践，以期提升针药结合的有效性。

In response to prevalent challenges in clinical traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） practice，such as delayed feedback during syndrome differentiation， insufficient diagnostic precision， and a tendency towards overly empirical medication， this paper proposes a “acupuncture-medicine correspondence” diagnostic and therapeutic model grounded in the yin-yang and five-element theory. By analyzing the dynamic changes in a patient’s pulse condition before and after acupuncture intervention，a clinical pathway of “assessing disease via pulse study - diagnostic needling - establishing corresponding herbal formula” is constructed. This approach leverages the synergistic effects of acupuncture and herbal medicine to achieve an integrated process of “diagnosis， treatment，and consolidation”，which not only enhances the precision of herbal prescription but also consolidates the therapeutic effects of acupuncture. This paper attempts to explore the theoretical basis，common mechanisms， and clinical practice of “acupuncture-medicine correspondence” from the perspective of integrating TCM classical theory with clinical practice，aiming to improve the effectiveness of combined acupuncture and herbal therapy.
