【目的】 探究五运六气与冻融胚胎移植（FET）妊娠结局之间的关系。【方法】 通过回顾性研究的方法，根据五运六气理 论推算选取于 2023年 1月 20日至 2024年 1月 20日在山东中医药大学附属医院生殖与遗传科门诊就诊且行 FET的 1 048例患 者的出生日期和移植日期，统计分析患者出生日期和移植日期的运气特点。【结果】（1）出生日期的岁运、司天之气、主运对 妊娠结局无明显影响，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；而出生日期主气为太阴湿土、运气相合为小逆之年、客主加临为相 得时妊娠率最高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。（2）移植日期主气和客气对妊娠结局无明显影响，差异均无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）；而移植日期主运为火运不及（少火）妊娠率最高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。【结论】 FET妊娠结局与出生日期 和移植日期的运气特点有一定的相关性，出生日期主气为太阴湿土、运气相合为小逆之年、客主加临为相得时，以及移植 日期主运为火运不及时妊娠率可能更高。

Objective To investigate the relationship between five-circuit and six-qi theory and pregnancy outcomes after frozen embryo transfer （FET）. Methods Using a retrospective study design，the birth dates and transfer dates of 1 048 patients who underwent FET at the Reproductive and Genetics Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 20，2023，and January 20， 2024，were selected and analyzed according to the theory of five circuits and six qi. The circuit qi characteristics of both birth dates and transfer dates were statistically analyzed. Results （1） The yearly circuit，sitian（circuit qi of first half of a year），and dominant circuit of the birth date showed no significant influence on pregnancy outcomes （P＞0.05）. However，pregnancy rates were highest when the dominant qi of the birth date was taiyin dampnessearth，when the combination of the circuit and qi indicated a minor rebellion year，and when the joining of guest qi with dominant qi was mutually accommodating， with statistically significant differences （P＜0.01）.（2） The dominant qi and guest qi of the transfer date showed no significant influence on pregnancy outcomes （P＞0.05）. However， the pregnancy rate was highest when the dominant circuit of the transfer date was fire circuit insufficiency （weak fire），showing a statistically significant difference （P＜0.01）. Conclusion FET pregnancy outcomes demonstrate certain correlations with the circuit qi characteristics of both the birth date and the transfer date. Higher pregnancy rates may be associated with birth dates characterized by taiyin dampness-earth as the dominant qi，a minor rebellion year in the circuit-qi combination，and mutually accommodating guest-dominant interaction，and with transfer dates characterized by fire circuit insufficiency.
