不孕症率每年在全球范围内不断上升，体外受精-胚胎移植技术（IVF-ET）成为了实现受孕的主要途径之一。但由于受 孕成功率仍较低，仍有较大部分不孕患者无法受孕。针灸在配合IVF-ET方面具有特殊性，在临床应用中亦有成效。该文通 过综述针灸与IVF-ET的现况与关系，进一步展示针灸治疗对IVF-ET的作用，并探讨后续的发展方向。

Infertility incidence is rising globally every year，and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（IVF-ET） has become one of the main treatment methods to achieve conception. However， a larger proportion of infertile patients still is unable to conceive pregnancy for the lower successful pregnancy rate of IVF-ET. Acupuncture exerts unique effects as an adjuvant therapy of IVF-ET and has achieved good results in clinical application. This paper reviews the current status and relationship between acupuncture and IVF-ET，further demonstrates the role of acupuncture therapy for IVF-ET，and discusses its direction of subsequent development.
