【目的】探讨受孕、出生时运气格局与帕金森病罹患的相关性。 【方法】收集2012年1月20日至2023年1月20日在广东省中医院神经科住院治疗或门诊就诊的帕金森病患者共850例，对胎孕日期、出生日期的五运六气分布进行回顾性分析研究。 【结果】850例帕金森病患者的胎孕、出生日期在主气分布上差异均有统计学意义 （P＜0.05） ，胎孕日期的主气以厥阴风木、太阳寒水为多，出生日期的主气以阳明燥金为多；胎孕主气-出生主气分布以厥阴风木-阳明燥金分布最多，且差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.001） ；胎孕、出生日期在岁运、司天-在泉、客气、客主加临分布上差异均无统计学意义 （P＞0.05） 。【结论】胎孕、出生时的运气格局对罹患帕金森病有一定影响，其可能与肺燥伤肝的病机有关。

Objective To investigate the correlation of the circuit-qi features at the date of conception and on birthday with the prevalence of Parkinson’ s disease （PD） . Methods The clinical data of 850 patients with PD who were hospitalized in the department of neurology or attended outpatient clinics of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 20，2012 to January 20，2023 were collected，and then the distribution of the five circuits and six qi at the date of conception and on birthday of the PD patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Statistically significant differences were shown in the distribution of the dominant qi at the date of conception and on birthday of the 850 PD patients （P＜0.05） . The dominant qi at the date of conception was predominated by jueyin wind-wood and taiyang cold-water，while the dominant qi on birthday was predominated by yangming dryness-gold. The distribution of dominant qi at the date of conception-dominant qi on birthday was predominated by jueyin wind-wood and yangming dryness-gold，and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.001） . However，no statistically significant differences were shown in the distribution of yearly circuit，sitian-zaiquan yearly circuit qi，guest qi，and guest qi combined with dominant qi at the date of conception and on birthday of the 850 PD patients （P＞0.05） . Conclusion The circuit-qi features at the date of conception and on birthday exerts an impact on the prevalence of PD，which may be related to the pathogenesis of liver injury due to lung dryness.
