【目的】 观察止风调心针刺联合拔罐与盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗复发性慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。【方法】 将94例复发性慢 性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各47例，对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上， 给予止风调心针刺联合拔罐治疗。共治疗 8周。治疗 2个月后，评价 2组临床疗效，观察 2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分和 慢性荨麻疹患者生活质量量表（CU-Q2ol）评分的变化情况，以及血清白细胞介素17（IL-17）、白细胞介素23（IL-23）水平的情 况。比较 2组患者治疗前后血清补体 3、补体 4和免疫球蛋白 E含量的变化情况。并评价 2组的安全性及不良反应的发生情 况。【结果】（1）治疗后，2组患者的中医证候积分和生活质量量表评分均明显改善（P＜0.05），且观察组在改善中医证候积分 和生活质量量表评分方面明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）观察组总有效率为93.62%（44/47），对照组为 78.72%（37/47）。观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（3）治疗后，2组患者的血清IL-17、IL-23水平均明 显改善（P＜0.05），且观察组在改善血清IL-17、IL-23水平方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（4）治疗后， 2组患者的血清补体3、补体4与免疫球蛋白E含量均明显改善（P＜0.05），且观察组在改善血清补体3、补体4与免疫球蛋白 E含量方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（5）观察组不良反应发生率为8.51%（4/47），对照组为4.26%（2/47）。 观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。【结论】 止风调心针刺联合拔罐与盐酸左西替利嗪片 治疗复发性慢性荨麻疹，能够明显改善患者的临床症状，同时可以减轻炎症反应，改善免疫功能，疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhifeng Tiaoxin Acupuncture combined with cupping and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of recurrent chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 94 patients with recurrent chronic urticaria were randomly divided into observation group and control group，47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets， and the observation group was treated with Zhifeng Tiaoxin Acupuncture combined with cupping on the basis of the control group. A total of eight weeks of treatment was given. After two months of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated， and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome scores and chronic urticaria quality of life scale （CU-Q2ol）scores of patients with chronic urticaria were observed before and after treatment，as well as the levels of serum interleukin 17（IL-17）and interleukin 23（IL-23）. The changes of serum complement 3，complement 4 and immunoglobulin E levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. The safety and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results（1）After treatment，the scores of TCM syndrome and quality of life scale in the two groups were significantly improved（P＜0.05），and the improvement in the scores of TCM syndrome and quality of life scale in the observation group was superior to that in the control group（P＜0.05）. （2）The total effective rate was 93.62%（44/47）in the observation group and 78.72%（37/47）in the control group. The curative effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.（3）After treatment，the levels of serum IL-17 and IL-23 in the two groups were significantly improved（P＜0.05），and the improvement of serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. （4）After treatment，the levels of serum complement 3，complement 4 and immunoglobulin E in the two groups were significantly improved（P＜0.05）， and the improvement of serum complement 3， complement 4 and immunoglobulin E in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.（5）The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.51% （4/47）； the control group was 4.26%（2/47）； there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group（P＞0.05）. Conclusion Zhifeng Tiaoxin Acupuncture combined with cupping and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of recurrent chronic urticaria can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients， reduce the inflammatory response and improve the immune function.
