【目的】观察针刺联合参芪活血方治疗气虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。 【方法】将70例气虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病患者 随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各35例，对照组给予左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，给予 针刺联合参芪活血方治疗。治疗1个月经周期为1个疗程，持续治疗3个疗程。治疗3个月后，评价2组临床疗效，观察2组 患者治疗前后生存质量评价量表 （EHP-5） 评分的变化情况，以及血清超氧化物歧化酶 （SOD） 、过 氧 化 氢 酶 （CAT） 的情况。 比较2组患者治疗前后血清糖类抗原CA125 、糖类抗原199 （CA199） 、人附睾蛋白4 （HE4） 水平的变化情况。 【结果】（1） 观察 组总有效率为97.14% （34/35） ，对照组为77.14% （27/35） 。观察组临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05） 。 （2） 治 疗后，2组患者的血清CA125、CA199、HE4水平明显改善 （P＜0.05） ，且观察组在改善血清CA125、CA199、HE4水平方面 明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05） 。 （3） 治疗后，2组患者的血清SOD、CAT水平明显改善 （P＜0.05） ，且观察组 在改善血清SOD、CAT水平方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05） 。 （4） 治疗后，2组患者的生存质量EHP-5评 分明显改善 （P＜0.05） ，且观察组在改善生存质量EHP-5评分方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05） 。 【结论】 针刺联合参芪活血方治疗气虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病，能明显改善患者的临床症状，调节SOD、CAT水平，从而提高患者生活质 量，疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Shenqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods Seventy patients with adenomyosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group and control group，35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system，and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Shenqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. One menstrual cycle was a course of treatment，and the treatment lasted for three courses. After 3 months of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated，and the changes of Endometriosis Health Profile- 5 （EHP-5） score，serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） and catalase （CAT） were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. The changes of serum carbohydrate antigen CA125，carbohydrate antigen 199 （CA199） and human epididymis protein 4 （HE4） levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results （1） The total effective rate was 97.14% （34/35） in the observation group and 77.14% （27/35） in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05） . （2） After treatment，the levels of serum CA125，CA199 and HE4 in the two groups were significantly improved （P＜0.05） ，and the improvement of serum CA125，CA199 and HE4 levels in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05） . （3） After treatment，the levels of serum SOD and CAT in the two groups were significantly improved （P＜0.05）， and the improvement of serum SOD and CAT levels in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05） . （4） After treatment，the EHP-5 score of quality of life in the two groups was significantly improved （P＜0.05），and the EHP-5 score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05） . Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shenqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients，regulate the levels of SOD and CAT，so as to improve the quality of life of patients， and the curative effect is significant.
