全国名中医欧阳惠卿教授基于“心藏神”“心主血脉”理论并结合临床实际，提出可从“心生百病，肝脾肾应”辨识 心因性不孕，具体可辨为“肝郁化火，心火亢盛”“心肝血虚，虚火内扰”“心气郁结，脾血不运”“心神不宁，肾虚精损” “心气不足，肾虚血瘀”。临证治疗心因性不孕症，形成了“从心论治，四脏并举”的动态平衡治疗观，以甘麦大枣汤为基 础方，分别合用龙胆泻肝汤加减以清泻肝火、镇心安神（镇心泻肝法），合用酸枣仁汤加减以养血安神、清热除烦（清心养肝 法），合用归脾汤加减以舒心健脾、益气养血（舒心养脾法），合用归肾丸加减以滋养心肾、补阴益阳、养血填精（养心补肾 法），合用柏子仁丸加减以养血益气、补心活血（补心活血法）。欧阳惠卿教授灵活合用甘麦大枣汤，标本兼顾，辨证施治， 丰富了临床不孕症的诊治思路。

According to the theories of“the heart housing the spirit”and“the heart governing the blood and vessels”and based on clinical practice，Professor Ouyang Huiqing，a National Renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner，proposed that psychogenic infertility can be identified from the perspective of“the heart giving rise to various diseases，and the liver，spleen，and kidney being affected accordingly”. Specifically， psychogenic infertility can be differentiated into the following syndromes：stagnant liver qi turning into fire and exuberance of heart fire，heart and liver blood deficiency with deficient fire harassing internally，heart qi stagnation and spleen blood failing to transport，unsettled heart spirit with kidney deficiency and essence depletion，and insufficient heart qi with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. In clinical treatment of psychogenic infertility，Professor Ouyang developed a dynamic balanced treatment concept of treating from the heart and simultaneously regulating the four zang-organs. She determined Gan Mai Dazao Decoction as the basic formula， and usually prescribed it together with modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction to clear and purge liver fire，calm the heart，and settle the spirit（therapy of calming the heart and purging liver fire）. Gan Mai Dazao Decoction was used together with modified Suanzaoren Decoction to nourish blood，calm the spirit，clear heat，and relieve vexation （therapy of clearing the heart and nourishing the liver）. It was used together with modified Guipi Decoction to soothe the heart，strengthen the spleen，replenish qi，and nourish blood（therapy of soothing the heart and nourishing the spleen）. It was used together with modified Guishen Pills to enrich the heart and kidney，tonify yin and benefit yang，and nourish blood and replenish essence（therapy of enriching the heart and tonifying the kidney）. And Gan Mai Dazao Decoction was used together with modified Baiziren Pills to nourish blood，replenish qi，tonify the heart，and activate blood（therapy of tonifying the heart and activating blood）. Professor Ouyang Huiqing utilizes Gan Mai Dazao Decoction flexibly together with other formulas to treat symptoms and the root cause simultaneously，and then achieves the precise treatment based on syndrome differentiationt，which enriches the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic approach to infertility.
