总结广州市名中医黄仕沛基于方证对应采用经方治疗中风的临床经验。黄仕沛重视对《伤寒杂病论》中经方的运用， 强调方证对应，有是证，用是方；针对中风后偏瘫与认知障碍这两类主要症状，分别形成了独特的干预策略：干预偏瘫以 麻黄类方（续命汤与三黄汤）为主，取麻黄宣发阳气、疏通血脉之效；认知障碍则以防己地黄汤为核心，重用生地黄以滋阴 填精、熄风安神。黄仕沛基于方证对应而运用经方的临床经验，拓展了中医治疗中风的思路。

This article summarized the clinical experience of Huang Shipei，a renowned traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）physician in Guangzhou，in treating stroke with classical formulas based on formula-syndrome correspondence. Dr. Huang places particular emphasis on the application of classical formulas from Shang Han Za Bing Lun（Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases），and adheres to the principle of formula syndrome correspondence，i.e.，using the formula that precisely matches the syndrome. For the predominant post stroke manifestations of hemiplegia and cognitive impairment，Dr. Huang has developed distinct intervention strategies： hemiplegia is primarily managed with Ephedrae Herba-containing formulas， such as Xuming Decoction and Sanhuang Decoction，for Ephedrae Herba has the actions of diffusing yang qi and unblocking the vessels；cognitive impairment is treated with Fangji Dihuang Decoction as the core formula，in which Rehmanniae Radix is used in heavy dosage to nourish yin，replenish essence，extinguish wind，and calm mind. Dr. Huang’s clinical experience in applying classical formulas through the lens of formula-syndrome correspondence broadens the therapeutic methods for stroke in traditional Chinese medicine.
